Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

To ensure the efficient use of our clinical resources and provide timely care to all patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a $70 fee, which must be settled prior to booking any future appointments. This policy applies to all patients, including those whose appointments are covered by provincial health insurance.

Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be considered as having missed their appointment, unless the optometrist determines that the exam can still be completed without disrupting the schedule.

Every missed appointment is a missed opportunity to care for another patient. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve our community more effectively.
