Complete Eye Exam for New Patient

3. The exam lasts about 30 minutes.
Fees:
- 0-17 years: covered by the Québec Health Insurance Plan
- 18-54 years old: $120 (includes an eye backgound picture)
- 55-64 years old: $140 (includes an eye backgound picture and macular scan)
- 65 years and more: covered by the Québec Health Insurance Plan
*The Québec Health Insurance Plan covers regular eye exams for people under 18 or aged 65 and above, and to Social Assistance recipients.
4. Get your prescription and advice from your optometrist.
"No show" policy: missing an appointment without notice may result in the permanent closure of your file. A 70$ fee will be charged for the missed appointment.
