Generally, the optometrist recommends to apply heat on the eyelids following a light massage or the prescription of medication to control the infection or inflammation. It consists of using a mask on the face who will warm up and will stimulate the affected gland (LLLT: Low Level Light Therapy technology). L'optom\u00e9triste recommande g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l'application de chaleur sur les paupi\u00e8res suivis de l\u00e9gers massages ou la prescription d\u2019un m\u00e9dicament pour contr\u00f4ler l'infection ou l'inflammation.
